By booking an appointment through the Application, You accept the following terms.

1. The consultation time provided is indicative and the actual consultation time may vary.
2. Appointment booking is only for consultation and not for follow-up consultation.
3. Any change or cancellation of an appointment should be made by calling the number provided in our system.
4. The appointment slot will be released if the patient arrives late. The patient will then be treated as a walk-in patient, and the consultation shall be subject to the availability of time with the respective doctor.
5. If the appointment is cancelled or not confirmed for any reason, three options are available to the consumer:
   1. Reschedule the appointment with the specialist doctor.
   2. Claim a refund of the advance payment.
   3. Retain the advance payment as credit on the consumer's account, to be adjusted against a future consultation.
6. To claim a refund, the consumer must hold a valid invoice for the particular service.
